How refunds and rescheduling work
Every booking reserves a guide, a bike and a slot on the trail. The policy below balances flexibility for you with the real costs of holding that slot open.
- < 7 DAYS
Cancel within 7 days of the tour
50% refund of the tour fee if the ride is cancelled within 7 days of the tour. The remaining 50% covers booking, permits and admin already committed on your behalf.
- WEATHER
Weather disruptions
If conditions are unsafe we will reschedule to the next best available day. Light rain or wind we usually ride through — it's part of the Cape. If cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions — a 90% of tour fee will be refunded, as a 10% admin fee will apply.
- NO-SHOW
No-shows and late arrivals
Riders who do not arrive at the meeting point within 20 minutes of the scheduled start forfeit the booking with no refund.

Cancellations by us
If we need to cancel for any reason on our side you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule — your choice.
SANParks permit fees (where applicable) are paid at the gate and are non-refundable once entry has occurred.
