Do I need to be an experienced cyclist?
No particular experience is required. Our tours are designed for anyone comfortable riding a bike on mixed terrain. The e-motor makes climbs manageable, and our guides adjust the pace to suit the group.

What's included in a guided e-bike tour?
Every tour includes a premium e-bike, a helmet, an experienced local guide, route planning, safety briefing and on-trail support. Water and light refreshments are provided during the ride.

Is this suitable if I'm visiting Cape Town?
Absolutely. Many of our guests are visiting from outside the area or from overseas. We handle the logistics, equipment and local knowledge so you can focus on enjoying the ride and the scenery.

How fit do I need to be?
A reasonable level of general fitness is helpful, but pedal-assist means you really just need to stay on the bike — we ride around you. Our tours focus on enjoyment, not endurance, with regular breaks and a comfortable pace.

Is it safe?
Safety is a core part of every tour. We start with a safety briefing and bike setup, assess rider ability before departure, and choose routes based on conditions and your comfort. Your guide stays with the group at all times.

How do I book or ask a question?
Use the booking form on the home page or WhatsApp us directly. Every request is confirmed within 24 hours. If you'd like help choosing the right tour, we're happy to assist before you book.

What if I've never ridden an e-bike before?
That's perfectly fine — most of our guests haven't. We run a short orientation before each ride so you're comfortable with the assist levels, gears and braking before we leave the meeting point.

What should I wear and bring?
Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing you can move in, closed shoes, sunglasses and sunblock. We provide the bike and helmet. A small backpack for a jacket and phone is useful.

What happens if the weather is bad?
The Cape weather can turn quickly. If conditions are unsafe, we'll reschedule to the next best day at no cost. Light rain or wind we usually ride through — it's part of the Peninsula.

Are children welcome?
We welcome older children and teens on selected routes, subject to height and confidence on a bike. Please mention ages and experience in your booking request so we can recommend the best tour.

How does payment work?
There's no payment on the site. Once we confirm availability, we send EFT or PayFast details. Your spot is secured once payment is received.
